Lokomotiv send Barca tie to decider
Anthony Randolph starred for Lokomotiv Kuban as they levelled their Euroleague play-off tie with Barcelona 2-2.
Lokomotiv Kuban kept their Euroleague Final Four hopes alive with a 92-80 overtime road win against Barcelona on Thursday.
Barca came into the contest with a 2-1 series lead, but Anthony Randolph scored 28 points to keep Lokomotiv in the hunt and book a decider back in Russia next week.
Lokomotiv held a 40-35 advantage at the main break, but Barca had overturned that to a 54-51 lead by the end of the third quarter, although 25 fourth-period points saved Lokomotiv and forced the extra minutes.
Randolph scored 10 points in overtime alone to inspire victory, but was quick to deflect praise onto his team-mates afterwards.
He said: "It was a team win. We kept fighting, you know, this is a tough place to play.
"I'm just glad we made shots at the end and we got the win. Hopefully we can get a win at home and go to the Final Four.
"The team, all year we fought and just found way to win and tonight was the same thing."
